1. Confirmed booking

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

If the tickets are nominative, you will receive a form to complete the participants’ details by email, WhatsApp or SMS. It is essential to complete it within 30 minutes after booking so that the tickets can be issued correctly.

2. Ticket delivery

Our delivery commitment is:

• Up to 24 hours before the visit for bookings made in advance.
• Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

When the tickets are available, you will receive them by email. In addition, we may also send them by WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience.

You will also receive an automatic reminder 24 hours before the visit with all the necessary access information.

3. Exception: guided tours with in-person ticket delivery

For guided tours, tickets are usually not sent in advance, as they are delivered directly by the guide on the day of the activity.

• Delivery takes place at the meeting point indicated for the visit.
• You must arrive at the time stated in your booking.
• We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

The type of service booked (digital ticket or in-person delivery by the guide) is clearly indicated in the confirmation email you will receive after completing the purchase.

All visit options sold include access to the Royal Alcázar of Seville with an audio guide and the historic gardens.

Depending on the type of ticket selected, the booking may also include additional services such as a guided tour, access to the Upper Royal Quarters or combined visits with other monuments in the city.

Yes. You can show your tickets directly from your mobile phone as long as the QR code is readable.

It is mandatory to present the original identity document (ID card or passport) used during the booking process.

The ticket to the Upper Royal Quarters allows visitors to access the rooms that are still used today by the Royal Family during their official visits to Seville.

Access is by controlled visit and with limited capacity, so a specific ticket is required.

The usual opening hours of the Royal Alcázar of Seville are Monday to Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (from April 1 to October 28).

During the rest of the year (from October to March), closing time is brought forward to 5:00 p.m.

Most visitors spend between 2 and 3 hours exploring the palaces, courtyards and gardens.
