How will I receive my tickets for the Royal Alcázar of Seville?
1. Confirmed booking

2. Ticket delivery

3. Exception: guided tours with in-person ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are usually not sent in advance, as they are delivered directly by the guide on the day of the activity.
- Delivery takes place at the meeting point indicated for the visit.
- You must arrive at the time stated in your booking.
- We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
The type of service booked (digital ticket or in-person delivery by the guide) is clearly indicated in the confirmation email you will receive after completing the purchase.

The ticket to the Upper Royal Quarters allows visitors to access the rooms that are still used today by the Royal Family during their official visits to Seville.
Access is by controlled visit and with limited capacity, so a specific ticket is required.

The usual opening hours of the Royal Alcázar of Seville are Monday to Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (from April 1 to October 28).
